1. Agreement

By using CentsNote, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. What CentsNote does

CentsNote helps individuals record personal expenses, income, transfers, recurring bills, budgets, and reports. It is a recordkeeping tool, not a bank, broker, accountant, tax advisor, or financial advisor.

3. No financial, tax, or legal advice

Information shown in CentsNote is based on records you enter and app-generated summaries. It is provided for personal organization only and should not be treated as financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice.

4. Your responsibility for records

You are responsible for the accuracy of records, categories, budgets, and account balances you create or confirm. AI-assisted parsing and voice input may be wrong, so you should review drafts before saving them.

5. Local data, backup, and device risk

CentsNote is designed to support local-first use. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and deciding whether to use backup or sync features. If you delete the app, reset your device, lose access to your device, or disable backup, local data may be lost.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use CentsNote to break the law, abuse services, or interfere with the app or website.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass security controls except where allowed by law.
• Do not submit harmful, infringing, or unlawful material through support or future online services.

7. Subscriptions and purchases

If CentsNote offers paid features, purchase terms will be shown before payment. App Store purchases, refunds, cancellations, and renewals are generally handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Deleting CentsNote data does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

8. Availability and changes

CentsNote may change, pause, or remove features over time. We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, OS version, region, or third-party service.

9. Intellectual property

The CentsNote app, website, brand, visual assets, and software are owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. You keep ownership of the records you create, subject to the technical limits of local storage and any services you choose to use.

10. Disclaimer

CentsNote is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CentsNote and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or financial decisions made using the app.

分分记账中展示的信息基于你输入的记录和应用生成的汇总，仅用于个人整理，不应被视为财务、税务、投资、会计或法律建议。

4. 你对记录负责

你需要对创建或确认的记录、分类、预算和账户余额准确性负责。AI 辅助解析和语音输入可能出错，因此保存前应检查草稿。

5. 本地数据、备份和设备风险

分分记账支持本地优先使用。你需要负责保护设备安全，并决定是否使用备份或同步功能。如果你删除应用、重置设备、失去设备访问权限或关闭备份，本地数据可能丢失。

6. 可接受使用

• 不得使用分分记账从事违法行为、滥用服务或干扰应用和网站。
• 除法律允许外，不得试图逆向工程、抓取、过载或绕过安全控制。
• 不得通过支持渠道或未来在线服务提交有害、侵权或违法内容。

7. 订阅和购买

如分分记账提供付费功能，付款前会展示购买条款。App Store 购买、退款、取消和续订通常由 Apple 按其条款处理。删除分分记账数据不会自动取消 App Store 订阅。

8. 可用性和变更

分分记账可能随时间改变、暂停或移除功能。我们会尽力保持可靠，但不保证服务不中断、完全无错误，或兼容每台设备、每个系统版本、每个地区或第三方服务。

9. 知识产权

分分记账应用、网站、品牌、视觉资产和软件由开发者拥有或获得授权。你保留自己创建的记录的所有权，但受本地存储和你选择使用的服务的技术限制影响。

10. 免责声明

在法律允许的最大范围内，分分记账按“现状”和“可用”提供。我们不作适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权等默示保证。

11. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，分分记账及其开发者不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性、惩罚性损害，或数据丢失、利润损失、基于应用作出的财务决策承担责任。
