1. Overview

CentsNote is a personal finance money manager designed to help you record expenses, income, transfers, recurring bills, budgets, and reports. The product is local-first: your day-to-day money records are intended to stay on your device by default.

2. Information you create in the app

You may create transaction records, account labels, categories, budgets, recurring rules, notes, voice-derived drafts, and app settings. These records may include sensitive financial information. CentsNote does not need this information to be public, and the app is designed so local bookkeeping can work without an account.

3. Local storage and optional backup

Records are stored locally by default. If you choose iCloud backup, iCloud sync, export, restore, or another backup feature, the selected data may be processed by Apple services or stored in a location you control. Cloud features should be opt-in and may require additional Apple account or device permissions.

4. Voice input and AI-assisted parsing

CentsNote may use speech recognition and AI-assisted parsing to turn natural-language input into a draft record. The app should ask for relevant microphone or speech permissions when needed. AI-generated drafts are for convenience; you should review them before saving.

5. Support communications

If you email support@centsnote.com, we may receive your email address and the information you include in the message. Do not send financial records, passwords, authentication codes, or other highly sensitive information unless we specifically request it through a secure process.

6. Analytics and diagnostics

The current website uses no tracking cookies. Future app builds may use privacy-conscious diagnostics to understand crashes, performance, or feature reliability. If analytics are added, they should be limited, documented here, and configured to avoid collecting money record contents.

7. Payments and subscriptions

If paid features are offered through the App Store, Apple processes purchases and may provide subscription status information to the app. CentsNote should not receive your full payment card details from Apple.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell personal financial records. We may share limited information with service providers only when needed to operate support, app distribution, diagnostics, AI parsing, cloud backup, legal compliance, or security.

9. Retention and deletion

Local records remain on your device until you delete them, delete the app, reset app data, or choose another deletion action. Cloud backup, Apple account, or App Store subscription data may follow Apple or service-provider retention rules.

10. Children

CentsNote is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support or another channel, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

11. Your choices

• Use Local Only mode when available.
• Decline optional microphone, speech, notification, or cloud permissions.
• Delete local records or app data from the app or device.
• Contact support for privacy questions or deletion requests related to support communications.

3. 本地存储和可选备份

记录默认保存在本机。如果你选择 iCloud 备份、iCloud 同步、导出、恢复或其他备份功能，所选数据可能由 Apple 服务处理，或保存在你控制的位置。云功能应由用户主动开启，并可能需要 Apple 账号或设备权限。

4. 语音输入和 AI 辅助解析

分分记账可能使用语音识别和 AI 辅助解析，把自然语言输入整理成记账草稿。应用会在需要时请求麦克风或语音识别权限。AI 草稿只是辅助，你应在保存前检查。

5. 支持沟通

如果你发送邮件到 support@centsnote.com，我们可能收到你的邮箱地址和邮件内容。除非通过安全流程明确要求，请不要在邮件中发送财务记录、密码、验证码或其他高度敏感信息。

6. 分析和诊断

当前网站不使用追踪 Cookie。后续 App 版本可能使用注重隐私的诊断能力来了解崩溃、性能或功能可靠性。如加入分析能力，应在本政策中说明，并避免收集记账内容。

7. 付款和订阅

如果通过 App Store 提供付费功能，购买由 Apple 处理，Apple 可能向应用提供订阅状态。分分记账不应从 Apple 获取你的完整银行卡信息。

8. 数据共享

我们不会出售个人财务记录。只有在支持、应用分发、诊断、AI 解析、云备份、合规或安全需要时，才可能与服务提供方共享有限信息。

9. 保留和删除

本地记录会保留在设备上，直到你删除记录、删除应用、重置应用数据或执行其他删除操作。云备份、Apple 账号或 App Store 订阅数据可能遵循 Apple 或服务提供方的保留规则。

10. 儿童

分分记账不面向 13 岁以下儿童。如果你认为儿童通过支持或其他渠道提供了个人信息，请联系我们，以便在适当情况下审查并删除。

11. 你的选择

• 在可用时选择 Local Only 模式。
• 拒绝可选的麦克风、语音识别、通知或云权限。
• 从应用或设备中删除本地记录或应用数据。
• 就支持沟通相关的隐私问题或删除请求联系我们。
